There is a book b y Chris Hart called "Figure It Out" that really helped me with proportions. Tried to add the amazon link but it didn't work so if you search Chris Hart book proportions and you should find it.

I can get the proportions right like arms, upper body specifically chest and muscle and, legs. Can anyone recommend some exercises for ticket drawing and artist on Instagram for master studies. The main problem is I can't improve

June Sketch Day 8

Late post, fell asleep after got back from vacation. I drew these three from references to sharpen my visual library. Probably as much as i needed before hopping into drawing from imagination. To me, there's a lot room for improvements, because these drawing still not great. If you have any advices, truly i'd be grateful to hear it. Ignore the top left, its from yesterday :)
