Help with antomy, form and clothing please

So im trying to do this piece of my OC. Is there anything with the anatomy I can fix? Any forms? Same with the clothes, im not sure if its working or not. Anythjng helps, please and thank you. Anything you see. She is supposed to be younger. I left my base layer available so you can see the body if it helps. Im not sure if the legs work, the pose, if the clothing folds are right, the shoes and socks are some of my concerns.

I can't get the proportions right on the face, i dunno it seems off for me because of the angle. I tried adjusting the forehead distance but i think its the eyes, i just can't point out what. Please help
