Hey there! Looking really good so far! I really like the painting technique you’re using I’d like to focus a bit on the structure of the mermaid, since it feels slightly off. I’m not sure if the intention was for the tail to lean toward the left, or if the idea was for the tail to mimic bent legs. I find the second option more coherent because it keeps the tail aligned within the same perspective as the body, instead of making it feel like the tail and torso belong to two different perspectives. Also think about how the front part of the tail (or the knee area) overlaps the upper section of the tail. On the other hand, the torso feels a little strange, especially around the abdomen. The way the bending is indicated doesn’t leave enough room for the ribcage. The right arm also feels slightly disconnected from the torso. We should probably see a bit more of the side of the torso since the arm itself is positioned slightly backward. The head also felt a little too large, so I made it slightly smaller.
