This is a very cute drawing of Chopper. The pose fits him well. For hat: Try to think in basic shapes. If you look at official art, his hat seems to have a shape of a slightly squished and elongated sphere. The visor part can be broken down in 2 long boxes with slightly rounded ends. To draw the design, draw a box using contour lines of the sphere and then use them as guide for the pattern.
