My take on Nami

Your drawing has a really good base and can be improven ! The pose is really nice but can look stiff, what id recommend you is to bend her legs a bit more back. On your piece, her head is extremely tilted compared to the rest of the body which makes her looks unbalanced, while there is no movement or action going on, it may look uncomfortable standing like it. straightening her right arm and moving her shoulder up can look cool but thats something i personally like more. The face is well drawn, but id recommend turning it a bit more to the side instead of facing directly at us for something more natural  (or putting the face a bit more foreward making it look less “heavy”). Nevertheless, Your drawing is absolutely lovely and has an outstanding potential!

Congratulations on coming back to art, now make sure to enjoy art for the process and not the results so that you don't get discouraged again. For the feedback, the majour issues in the artwork are 2. First , the Proportions are a bit off ( and you have already noticed it maybe, so you added the heeling up ). And second, i think we could make her look a bit more grounded and 3 dimensional by using shadow. Starting with proportions, since proportions are innately a bit mathematical . I would suggest you to add a proportion checking process during the refining part. In this part i want you to draw a box covering the dimensions of the form , and then to subdivide it into smaller parts by using the process : 1. Connecting the diagonal joints of box and drawing a cross 2. Divide the diagonal into halfs by drawing a plus shape of appropriate convergence (i have illurstrated only horizontal, add vertical as well ). 3. Repeat usame process on the smaller rectangles thus found until you got the numer of sub-divisions necessary for you . Now you could compare the relative "Proportions" of the parts of the body accurately in 3- dimensions, and correct yourself by this quick and small grid. Secondly, i feels like that the subject (Nami) looks as if she is floating and not necessary connected to the ship she's on. We could fix that by simply choosing a arbitrary light source ( preferably single directional for simplicity ) and then drawing a shadow where her feets touches the ship , following the contour of the ship

I would say this is a nice piece for a drawing that you did after 20 years. The body proportions and expressiveness are excellent. They could be a bit more expressive I would say. You could exxagerate her bend a teeny tiny bit more. Also your face could use some help. Right now it feels like the face is flat. especially with you showing the lips in full view. if you use perspective and shorten the lips a bit more then it could be nice. The left eye looks like its wide open from this angle. When the eyes look down, they look more closed and the upper part of the eyelid seems to relax. this you have done in the case of the right eye. Just do it over the left eyes as well. the nose should look a bit elevated at this face angle. Right now it looks flat. there are a few minor corrections in the body that I have made here in this paintover, along with the corrections I gave in the face. These are in my view minor corrections, but will help make the drawing look even more natural than it is now.
