Hi! When improving the lighting, it's important to consider where your light source is coming from. Assuming the light is coming from above, I added highlights to the tops of the shoulders to make them catch the light. Don't be afraid to use airbrushes because they're great for blending and rendering soft skin highlights. I also added highlights to the hair to make the light direction clearer and more consistent. I deepened the shadows under the chin and beneath the hair, since those areas receive less light. I also slightly darkened the background to help the illuminated areas pop out more.
