I would say to make it more expressive is to had shine in the eyes and if they are happy raise the eyebrows s bit with a little crease. And for a bit more design I just put an ahoge because they are outside and it gives it s bit more emotion. I've added a burger on the table just for fun❤️ | Artwod Feedback
