First off, very good work! I think there's some three-dimensionality that's getting lost in his arms crossing, making it look at little more like it's cold outside. I did a fast paint-over and looked at some crossed arms references, then I pushed those arms up, really bringing them to the forefront of the image. When it comes to emotions in a scene, a part of that can be conveyed through lighting, so I've also added some shadows to give an idea of what that could look like, covering half of Zoro's face in shadow, giving it a more mysterious vibe. This Zoro drawing was supposed to focus more on the emotion but the character pose looks really awkward. The anime scene has him standing so calmly and mine just looks stiff. not sure what im missing with the body language. Any feedback would be great, trying to learn from it and share my art progress while doing these little workouts
