I had to draw over it to help but all you really need to improve is lighting! Yours is very good
i dont know what its missing i feel like the piece is not finished and that she looks somehow plastic like any tips on the rendering ? Also tips on anatomy would be very appreciated because i feel like the facial features are a bit too cartoony especially the mouth so any alternatives for the mouth

Hello! In terms of anatomy I changed the head proportion compared to the body a little bit and I also made sure the right part of her face feels like it is curving away from us by adjusting the eye shape. For tips on the rendering I would suggest trying to adjust your shadows to the volumes you come across (red arrows). So instead of a straight line going from the arm to the sleeve, go with the direction of the volumes, the ridges,... this helps with adding depth and therefore less of a flat "plastic" feeling like you said. For the mouth I wasn't too sure myself what to do, but because you said you wanted it to be less cartoonic, I simply added a tiiiny bit of detail while still keeping the og smile. I hope it helps! Keep up the good work c:
yeah the volume based shadows make sense, maybe keep the mouth detail really small and let a softer shadow under the lower lip follow the form so the smile stays cute without feeling pasted on
maybe soften the dark edge around the mouth and add one small shadow under the lower lip, then use a clearer light side on the face so the skin feels less flat.
