cant help with gender things but i would said color is good ,face is good just review you head perspective than add the back head hair and all good

skin tone

I can't seem to get the skin tone right. I'd like to play around more with the shadows and highlights by mixing in a little more color—not just black and white—but I have no idea how to do that.
