Hey there! I love your Trunchbull concept! :D I wouldn't change much about the design, the strong, square shape language comes across really well and gives the character a lot of presence. :D I'd only make a few small adjustments, such as extending the upper part of the right ear a little so it doesn't follow the same line as the arm, or slightly changing the position of the leg. :) You could also push the lighting a bit further to help the character stand out more, since it feels a little flat at the moment.
