Hello there! I'm not entirely sure what you were trying to draw, hehe. That said, the main reason your drawing feels flat is that you're thinking in terms of flat shapes rather than the volume of those shapes. Try to think about the organic forms of whatever you're drawing, and even add contour lines to give yourself a visual guide for the form and volume of your object, character, or creature. Doing so will also help you determine where to place your shadows based on the direction of the light. This way, you'll start thinking about how to represent 3D objects on a 2D surface, rather than simply drawing 2D objects. I'd also recommend doing exercises where you draw random shapes and then try to give them volume and shadow.
