I recommend looking at the silhouette of the piece, the issue seems to be with the left arm. I think despite the perspective the arm length is too short compared to the other arm.. Goodluck!

Despite using reference and taking my time with this piece...I don't know its because i've been looking at it so long, but it dosent look right? Or alive? Seeing other people's artwork in manga or comic styles, and comparing this to that, it feels like i'm still missing something that I can't seem to achieve. Any critique on the piece itself? Or even advice?
