Your character is super cute! If you want help with the anatomy of the hands, I recommend spending time specifically working on drawing hands from references and practicing outside of your character art. I used to do the same thing where I hide the hands in characters' pockets or behind their backs because it was easier to do so. But I feel like her pose is a bit stiff because of that. Taking the time to dedicate a couple of pages to drawing hands in different poses until you improve on them is going to make your art way more dynamic and fluid because the hands will help you get creative in your posing! You've got this! Sometimes just being repetitive and drawing something over and over again is the best way to practice and improve!
