For proportion I think the biggest stand out is the left leg. It is further away from us in space but is longer than the front leg if we measure them out. The left arm also I think gives an angle of foreshortening but is too small for that. Straightening it out to read a little easier might be one way to go. For pose, we want to look into the idea of "contrapposto". Where the hips and shoulders would be at a different angle from each other to read as a natural rhythm. I tried to put a little sample in the bottom right as a rough idea. The pose itself reads as triumphant, or cocky. Like "I win, loser" in vibe. For more upset/angry, you might want reference some comic characters or life drawings showing that emotion. Wolverine, Hulk, Dragonball characters and tyhe like will hunch over, pull themselves in, and usually be staring up. As if channeling everything they have not to explode.
