Hey there! This looks great! From here I'd suggest starting to refine things more. It's better to paint over a neutral grey rather than paint on a pure white canvas. In a grey BG you can have more control over the values. From here, you paint the shadows using a multiply layer but trying to keep your shapes clear. You can see that it looks good by just adding shadows. From here you can either keep painting your midtones (without adding higher values, but just adding bounce light, ambient occlusion and so on), or you can add an extra softlight to paint the light values.
