Hey there! So cool character! :D The thing I'd do is to adjust the values. I made the BG a bit clearer so I could make the character darker; this way, the silhouette would be more interesting. Notice that I also reduced the saturation of the shadows to avoid having everything too saturated. I deleted the glow from the hand since it was somehow distracting for me; instead, I painted the glow in the eyes and eyebrows to create more contrast in that area. Hope this helps!

Late post, fell asleep after got back from vacation. I drew these three from references to sharpen my visual library. Probably as much as i needed before hopping into drawing from imagination. To me, there's a lot room for improvements, because these drawing still not great. If you have any advices, truly i'd be grateful to hear it. Ignore the top left, its from yesterday :)
