Hey there once more! I don't think I was able to snatch the exact same reference, but at least a very similar one. Two things I wanted to demonstrate and suggest: 1. As you can see in the image, I tried demonstrating the way we don't really need form at this stage. Of course there's nothing wrong with shading, but in my experience, trying to get the facial shapes and features to look correct (or even alike) already is overwhelming enough. Light and Shadow just adds another layer of complexity, making it harder to focus on these shapes. 2. Regarding ratios I think you did a great job with the over all measurements again! To further work on facial proportion and achieving likeliness you could take a look at this guideline: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3rpacjEKdQw&list=WL&index=143 To further get a feeling for the general proportions and measurements of the human head, you might just want to continue studying via portraits like these.
