Hey there! Nice job! :D I'm not into anime too much, but I corrected the placement of the mouth and some proportions a bit. Remember that the nose and mouth should follow the center line of the head, also, the ear should be lined up with the nose and eyebrows. The ear in your painting was a bit down. I may be wrong about the mouth... But anyway, it makes more sense to me this way. There's an anime roadmap where you can learn face and body proportions :D Give it a shot!
