Hey there! Nice job here. It's a solid base, but I think you need to focus more on the simple shapes and understand how they work before you move on to more complex drawing. Regarding the legs, what has helped me is to think about how the cylinder is positioned below the pelvis (in a neutral pose), and how that cylinder moves around the pelvis. At least thinking about it this way at the beginning, before adding complex forms, helps me understand how to position or move the legs relative to the pelvis. Based on this foundation, it becomes easier to add complexity or volume without having to think about more complicated things like muscles. As for the twist… Well, same concept. Simplify the forms. Although the key to drawing a twisted box lies in the “T” lines. The way you overlap those lines will indicate how the box is twisting. Hope these two examples help! PS: Anatomy drawing isn’t my strong suit, so some things might look a bit off. PS2: You'll have to download the pictures to rotate it :p Hope this helps!
