I would suggest to to get a better understanding of the underlying form of what you want to draw, in this case maybe consider going through the portrait roadmap on artwod to get a better understanding of the underlying form of the head. your ears right now are way to long,( top of the eye almost to the end of the nose), the eyes sit to high, very short space between mouth and nose, and your eye balls seem to have a different size. with your hairstyle i would also say your neck should be visible. overall try not to get too frustrated drawing portraits right now, go back to more simpleversions of the head, get comfident in your lines ( it seems like you are scribleing a lot to get the line where you want it) and most importantly keep it going, you will get there.
