I think you’re mostly on point with the general proportions, especially with a person wearing a hat. So well done! I looked up online and figured this is likely the reference you used(correct me if I’m wrong). The thing that is sticking out is that he does have a slight uptilt. So that has shifted the eyes up from being level with the ears, and the nose is a touch shorter, showing more bottom, and the mouth has travelled slightly up as well. Another good to add is that cast shadow from the chin. It would help create depth, and also help with the distance between the chin and the collar. Awesome work and keep it up!
