Hey Azza! Good job! Your character looks good so far, but there are definitely some aspects that could be improved. The reason it feels a bit stiff is that you’re drawing the character in a very upright pose and you’re defining the arm muscles in a way that suggests the arm is tense, as if it’s exerting force, rather than being relaxed. Now, regarding how to draw the character… that really depends on what you want to convey or narrate in this scene. Taking the suggestion of the character “leaning,” I can imagine him leaning against something while looking out the window toward the city (you could even imagine the ambient sounds to strengthen the sense of narrative while drawing). Because of this, you'll need to reduce the overall body size and draw the pose more relaxed. Remember to act out your poses; this helps a lot when trying to understand body movement and positioning.
