Add a secondary cool accent: Everything sits in the same tones. Consider adding a a cool magical element (floating runes? spectral wisps around the feet?) to create contrast and sell the undead/supernatural vibe. This might give you that "pop" you're looking for. Try to push the silhouette: The pose is very vertical. Even something smal, a tilted head, one hand gesture, cloth blowing asymmetrically—would add dynamism Another option: some magical energy emanating from the wound, like his power is leaking out, or he's regenerating. That would tie into the cool accent idea too. Right now the cut hand reads as a design detail people might miss (as it blend with what's bellow). Making it part of the story would give the piece purpose and narrative. One note: the left thigh area highlighted in red, the leg vanishes into the cloth with no structure. Either show the form underneath pushing against the fabric, or drape it more deliberately PS: I love the armor design | Artwod Feedback
