Good mood and color harmony overall. Values: The figure and background are too close in value, so nothing pops. Squint at your image, the silhouette almost disappears into the sky. The figure needs to be pushed darker or the background lighter where they meet. Right now everything sits in the mid-tone range. Shadow colors: Your shadows are just darker versions of the local color. For richer shadows, shift the hue, warm light (like this beautifull sunset) means cooler shadows. Ambient occlusion: Where forms press together (hair/neck, arm/torso, jacket folds) needs concentrated darks. That's what sells weight and contact. Additional note: the arm being barely visible made me bug at first, it looks like the hands are missing. It really took me a while to understand the pose.
