So I actually disagree that it is not visually interesting, But there are some things you could do, these arent mandatory just some brainstorm thoughts I had that you could maybe experiment with a little. 1) really push the highlights in the hair, look ay artists like Loish and even Leyendecker. Even though they arent anime/manga artists you can still apply some of those aspects there, in fact you've already got some of those qualities in the clothing with the really cool shapes in the folds, especially with the light. 2) add some more story telling in the background some buidings, maybe a siege, or a duel (doesnt have to be heavily rendered just some shapes as it isnt the focus) 3) have the character in the fore ground holding something or maybe pushing the expression a little bit, right now she looks a little sad or worried which is cool, but maybe we can use something more extreme, crying? maybe wounded? maybe shes holding something like a letter, or a hankerchief? whatever you want and fits but story elements like these inherently add visual interest. 3) this one im on the fence about as i like the pastel color scheme, but you could add more pops of punch vibrant color in some coice areas, maybe in the hair, or highlights, maybe add some purples into the clothing around where the form turns, vibrancy can add visual interest, just careful not to go overboard. Over all youre doing great, I think it already looks quite interesting, but these are just some ideas to push forward. Wonderful work, I love your style and the way you design your hair, everything has a really cool graphic read and the shapes are fantastic. again Great work, cant wait to see more from ya! | Artwod Feedback
