Nice energy in the expression and hair flow, but this would benefit from studying the underlying structure of the head first. The real issue: The face feels flat instead of being a 3D form. Before refining eyes or hair strands, focus on understanding the skull and how facial features wrap around it. Loomis head construction would help a lot here. I’m not talking about anatomy, more about forms. Eyes: Pretty much the same, they're flat because they're drawn as symbols rather than spheres sitting in sockets. Hair: Same issue, it's decorative rather than following the cranium's form. Hair has volume and falls over a round surface. Artwod covers the form understanding extensively in the introduction to drawing course and you can find a lot of tips to make the hairs and head look better on his YouTube channel.
