Really good work! Portraits are very difficult to draw, but you nailed it! :)
There are a couple of points that you could use in your future works or adjust in this one (which I would recommend doing for better refinement—and not sparing those beautiful hair 😊).
I made a few notes in the margins in the spirit of “what we have now” and “what we could arrive at.”
I can see that there was a struggle with the lower part of the face :) It’s a tricky area; I’m working on it too.
The first thing that catches the eye is that the head as a whole has become elongated vertically. This impression appeared because the chin is a bit longer than necessary, the ear is slightly longer than it should be, the jaw has quite a sharp angle, and the back of the head looks as if it was “cut off.”
Second, there is a feeling as if the entire profile has “collapsed” inward—firstly because the upper lip is smaller than the lower one, and also because I assume there was an idea in mind that the profile is based on a straight line, but that’s not the case. Our entire profile slightly protrudes forward together with the nose, almost like an arc.
I really liked the flowing lines of the hair—very beautiful. I would simplify them a bit and not draw every single strand. Otherwise, everything is great! Keep it up! Only forward! | Artwod Feedback
Make sure to watch the initial head proportions.
You appeared to have forgotten that hair adds volume to the cranium. Which threw off most of the proportions.
Adding volume to the hair, keeping the jawline smooth and 3dimensional would fix a lot of the issues here.
I kept the eyes a bit 'drowsey' as in your orignal, because that is very likely to happen. Just make sure to keep the eyes and the eyebrows in the correct proportions of the cranium. Especially when starting out :)

great work on the proportions and anatomy! I think you did well! My critiques would be on the size of the cranium which is actually quite large! I think organizing the values would also help and making sure values aren't too close to each other (which can be difficult on graphite pen). Anyways great job!
