First things first I think you did fine with the hair accessory on your drawing but basically for accessories like that just think of them as planes attached to the head! For Hats just think of form wrapping, you are just fitting another manipulated sphere on top of a sphere so try drawing through! For the figure to make the leg stand out more was I just pushed the back leg further out and rotated the hip a little bit more, This pose is a bit of a tricky one and looks rather uncomfortable but to make it pop further just push the line weight and use values to your advantage! Sorry for the rough drawings, did this as soon as I woke up xD

I really like the design, the hair, the clothing ... but if i had to point something out, you should work on the hands and i thi8nk (maybe its just me) the behind leg should be placed a little to the left with that hip position (if you follow your lines it gets obvious). First of all, I really like the peice, it has real pontetial. Here's my feedback, you can reach to me on discord if you want me to be clearer on something. The tiara is sitting flat like a sticker instead of wrapping around the head. Think of it as a headband going around a sphere, the two horns should angle differently from each other (left one toward us, right one away). Sketching a quick construction line where the band wraps around the skull helps. For the flat back leg: darken it slightly compared to the front leg (distance = less light), soften the edges on the back leg while keeping the front one crisp, and push the overlap where the front thigh crosses in front. Same issue with the hand holding the skull, it looks like it's hovering in the void rather than gripping the form. Adding some finger overlap, pressure points, or slight indentation where the grip happens would sell the contact. Basically it's all about selling the 3D space. The design and color sense are solid, just being more intentional with value shifts, edge quality, and contact points to show what's in front of what and what's touching what.
