Hello there! Looks so good! I don't have much to say since it looks like it's still in the early stages, kinda. One thing I'd recommend is using the Lasso Tool to paint shapes with strong edges while also creating smooth transitions between planes or edges. It's a technique many artists use to achieve more appealing shapes. I tried making a few adjustments to the portrait using this technique. On the other hand, I'd also recommend using the Asaro Head to get a better understanding of the planes of the head and how light illuminates them. There's a free tool on ArtStation that allows you to visualize the head under different lighting conditions and from different angles. :) I adjusted the portrait's lighting based on the Asaro Head reference.
