Hi! I would definitely suggest checking out Artwods portrait road since it is impossible to fit it all in one comment here. Try not to skip base structure. I feel like some features are misaligned because the underlying structure wasn't there. It seem like you struggle with noses? Try to break it into basic form first, draw it in corresponding perspective and then build on top of it(see B). Another point: not every wrinkle and shadow needs to be shaded. I see what you try to do but in this style it just makes it look off. Sometimes less is more. It is all right to leave some shadows out and just indicate the form with lines (e.g. lips or sides of the nose). I would highly suggest practicing shading, but on simple forms like cube and sphere (see A) instead of diving right into complex forms Ike face. It will help you to shade heads because then you can break those into simple forms and shade them accordingly, see example of hair. On that note, I also would try to work more with highlights as you can see with hair. Hope it helps! Keep it up!
