Hello there! Nice portrait! I’m not sure what the person in the original reference looks like, but I adjusted the proportions a little by following the rule of dividing the face into thirds: from the forehead to the eyebrows, from the eyebrows to the nose, and from the nose to the chin, since the chin was a little too long. In my opinion, it looks better proportioned this way, but again, I don’t know what the person actually looks like. :) I also adjusted the right eye a little. You can emphasize the shadows more to give the face a stronger sense of volume, for example, under the nose (the nose was a little crooked), on the upper lip, and slightly around the cheeks. You can also add stronger shadows around the neck and the inner areas of the hair. :) Hope this helps!
