Overall, nice work. The perspective look nice and you seems to get the idea of a One point perspective. (or one vanishing point) Here I will pinpoint the chemney that is on one point perspective but not THE point of perspective you set. So it already set your drawing off. I would suggest you to trace your horizon line first and select a point then trace from this point in order to create volume and shape in your drawing without loosing the logic behind the rule. You showed part of the roof top corners but depending on where you place your vanishing point, you will see more or less of the roof (I show you that with two examples of Horizon Line) Hope this feedback will help you, don't hesitate to ask more questions if needed.
