I like a dragon who loves a piña colada. 🤭 I love that you gave him a personality! Also massive kudos for telling his story by having him interact with an object! Too few artists remember that objects are super valuable storytelling tools! Always remember to make your characters interact with some object in their world, and over time you'll have some dazzling character designs in your portfolio! I really like the horns, too. They feel like they obey the perspective of the head being slightly turned towards us. Up next: If you wanna keep growing your skills, I'd suggest practicing more with perspective. Teach yourself to draw cubes turned in different angles! The Intro to Drawing course / learning path here on Artwod will give you some incredible fundamentals you can lean on when building your designs. In the meantime, I've attached some cubes I drew for one of my own perspective exercises! So you can master drawing characters from views other than the profile view, I'd recommend learning to draw cubes like these from your imagination. Feel free to trace or copy mine while you get used to the feel of drawing cubes in 3D space.
