First things first to find a good composition I tend do a straight line in the middle and dance with (orange lines) it with angles of the body part . Then you want to put simplified forms of the body (red lines) on those orange lines. After constructing the body like that you can put the anatomy on top of it (purple lines) . Afterwards comes the dress (green lines). Don't worry about the anotomy for now. Learn how to simplify the forms and the proportions.
