make the tail slightly longer curved like covering the fore paw , it will feel more . the eyes are shaped in perspective. it is good and awesome creature design

I really love the energy and gesture of this animal. the design works very well, and is very cute! Could be a pixar character! Also love the colours! I think the drawing would benefit by having some more form-indication. Could be done by some clever crosscountours, or by some shading. For example, the tongue and the tail feels kinda flat. (the tail moves the viewers to the dragon, and is thus a focus point.) Leaving the tongue flat however has some charm to it! So if that's intentionally, it is a fun design choice! (I am around the same skill level as you, so i am not an expert or whatsoever!)
