Rendering

Street Fighter 6 - C. Viper Fanart
There are many aspects of this one that leave much to be desired. The main thing however I'd say is the lighting, especially on the dress (the brightest spots are a mess). I tried to go for a kind of desaturated orange-ish main light here with simplistic rendering. If I were to point out a second thing, that'd be the stiffness of the pose, making it somewhat boring.

Bubblegum
Currently in the middle of this drawing and I feel like the face and the hair rendering dont match but I like how I've done both and don't know how to render in the style of the hair for faces any tips??

refs
i really need help with the composition, i just dont know how to not make it look bad.

Man
How can i render this to look more 3d ? or more sensible, pleasing to the eyes if ykwim? Idk how to explain 🥲 I am fairly new to digital art and painting as a whole so idk much about edges and values and hues and all. So please attach FREE resources if you can related to what i can and should improve.

Jinx & Ekko
Want to better understanding of planes and portions

Genshin OC
I feel like some shadows misses on the nose, but when I try it just makes it bigger

Portrait
The colors feel so bland and I can't come up with a way to introduce variation/better visual appeal, it makes me wonder if it's an issue with the values as well. Saturation on the feather earring might be too high and it makes it feel out of place. General tip on rendering the pearls appreciated as well.

Face anatomy?
Hiya, I know there's something wrong with her face (around her eyes 100%, surely the nose and mouth as well?), but I can't identify the fix, could anyone help please ? :) I also cannot place the pupils without making her look cross-eyed or unfocused, can't decide if I should make her look at the viewer or somewhere else (it's a concept piece)

Pirate Captain portrait
My first portrait after a long hiatus. I don't know if it's the lineart or the way I render but I feel like I'm stuck in this "intermediate" skill bracket and can't get out.
