Im Not sure if I know how to help, but here are some suggestions : -if you want make the capybara radiate warmth more clearly, you could use more warmer colors (a hard light layer might help to apply that) -often when there is a tradition between warm light and cold shadows, you can apply a orange red tint to make the skin feel like it’s glowing, I tried going for that effect in the edited version. - maybe saturate yellow tones a bit more (maybe) I’m not sure if I would worry that much about the cats anatomy. Currently it has a very dynamic pose(which is very nice ) and is very stylized. I’m not share if adding realistic proportions would fit to the rest of the piece, style wise. I really like the composition and atmosphere of this sketch or drawing. It’s very calming and still tells a story or portraits emotions very well. I’d love to see the finished piece. | Artwod Feedback
