It’s looking great so far. The path was looking a little tilted so I drew in a horizon line and flattened out some of the lines for the tiles. As for the values I’m not an expert with pencil drawing. If you are using a single type of lead you can get darker values by pressing harder but this can cause the paper to become shiny. You can use progressively softer leads (up to I think a 9B is the darkest). Mostly it’s about layering your pencil in multiple passes. If you want the stairs to be the darkest part I would suggest imagining concentric circles radiating out from the point and adding progressively more shading as you get closer to it. So for your image each face in the wall would be a zone of shading. Make each zone a little darker as you get closer to the stairs. | Artwod Feedback
