Hello! You set good base for next steps: Identify and apply the use of stronger light. Since everything is currently at the same value, we can assume that there is no light. Use Asaro Head to assist yourself, choose the light you wish to practice with, and meticulously map the shadows on your face. Remember which face planes are in light and which are in darkness. Apart from that, grouped values are needed. Star with three fundamental tones: light, mid-tone, and dark. To push the dimensional aspect, add a few more value groups for each value group. Each stage can be kept apart, and the transitions can be blended once you are happy with the outcome. One method for setting the base would be cell shading. Finally, add highlights to the planes that are closest to the light source, such as the nose, forehead, corner, cheekbone, etc. Hope it helps! Keep up! | Artwod Feedback
