Hi Hi! Cool idea! It is better to start with something extremely basic when it comes to form shading. Use simple geometric shapes like squares, spheres, and cylinders to build a composition. Understanding them enables us to produce anything we can think of, from a straightforward still life to an intricate human figure. Establishing a light source—in this case, power in hand—is necessary for a decent render. Align the character elements with the main shadow, use a neutral color for the shadows (typically warm for cool light and cold for warm light), and arrange the shadows on many layers. You can choose a flat color from it and apply an overlay layer to give items a neon glow. Above everything, I advise beginning very simply. Since you are still in the novice stage, practice and take each subject one at a time. Hope it helps!
