keep doing your work.. you are good at drawing.. it would be better if you know about muscle position .. and if you want to improve face well .. at first try to draw skull more.. it will definitely help your drawing skill ...

Hey there! Great job, I like the silhouette and the shape you used for the ear I think you need to show some construction lines on the cheek, As it looks flat. Also, check the shoulder construction (you can get aquiainted with that in artwork figure road) Also, love the bald red color

Looks pretty good already imo. I think having sth to differentiate between the front plane of the face and the side of the head might help give it more form. Maybe just a line, or a little shadow.
