Another note aside from what i wrote on your drawing, keep in mind proportions of the head and placement of features, and have everything added accordingly, i'd recommend drawing the full face first before drawing hair, so eye placement, nose, mouth, ears etc... then draw hair. For hair make sure it all extends from the hairline and try and use the same concept for hair where you block in simple large shapes first, then you can add smaller hair strands and details afterwards, hope this helps!

your illustration has a very interesting motif of eyes as part of a larger design that is also unique, and you do a good job with the foreshortening and stylization of the pose overall. since eyes appear to be a big part of what you’re doing with this artwork, i’ve suggested a pair of eyes similar to the eye-like markings that appear on the character’s palm and hair clips. i added my suggestion of where to place the eyes near the middle of the head, as well as a suggestion of eyebrows designed to help frame the eyes without upstaging or diminishing the eye-centric stylization of the artwork that it appears you are trying to convey. this is a very interesting character, and your creative silhouetting and beautiful linework help take things to the next level. great job with this! i hope my suggestions are able to help as you continue with this illustration. ❤
