Really cool drawing! A) Try to identify the expression: Is she playful? Is she excited? Is she angry? If it's hard to identify, choose an emotion and change it. B) Emphasize horns (size/design etc). I think this is an interesting feature and you can make it more interesting by increasing the size or making the design a bit more elaborate. At the very least, I feel like the broken horn should push out of the hair area to make it more noticeable. C) Ambient occlusion: that's what really makes it pop. Just darkening the lines and areas where there is no light. My assumption is that you're going to render this when you're done with the design, so I don't think there's much to harp on. I think you've got a great design and if you push it to the end, it's going to be interesting.
