I think you have a decent construction. Anatomy feels solid. I think the direction of the face just seems a bit off - your reference is at an angle and your portrait feels straight (not tilted). Head was a bit long. Cranium shape felt too long (shapeless). But the biggest thing would be probably eye size and iris direction. The size of your eyes made it look like he's cracked out. The direction of the eyes felt off. The far side of the face (the area we see less off) should noticeably be less visible, not a strong cheek bone.
