I would practice the loomis head for construction. This will help with perspective of the head. As for shading, you aren’t that far off. Try and use darker shades of red instead of black. If you have alcohol markers like copic or Oahu, you can just go over them a couple of times to get it darker. Hope this helps give you some things to practice.
