Hey there! What a level up! The only thing I would adjust here is the character's lighting. At the moment, it's not entirely clear whether the light is coming from above or from the side. What I did was simply define a single light direction and paint everything following it. I corrected the shadow around the eye area to create a better sense of volume, adjusted the cast shadow of the nose, refined some of the shadows on the arm, and slightly tweaked the colors of the face. I also painted a few strands of hair a bit lighter. Since the light source is coming from the right, the back of the dress should be in shadow rather than illuminated. I'm not sure what the yellow circle is supposed to be, but I like the idea of it emitting a bit of light and creating some contrast in the upper part of the composition.
