This is coming out well. I think you may have an opacity-issue where your sky can use "washes" (i.e. watered down color) rather than full opacity. One helpful tip I can suggest is taking a mid-value blue you have in the sky, lowering the opacity to about 10-20%, and simply going over the the entire sky evenly with it once or even twice. What I think you'll notice is the desperate parts will start Harmonizing, giving the sky-feel you're looking for. Hope this helps.

I cant understand how to approach painting clouds here

if you almost close your eyes you can see the big shapes of tone in the clouds. use a big brush with a soft touch also rocks in back ground can be basicly dots or dashes the further back the smaller and closer together for the dots and dashes hope this helps
