Hey! I really like the composition and the overall concept! One thing I'd recommend is strengthening the contrast by pushing the shadows a bit darker. Right now, many of the values are very close to one another, which makes the image feel a little flat. If the human figure is your focal point, try darkening the background so you create a stronger light-over-dark contrast. That will help the figure stand out much more clearly. More generally, look for opportunities to create those value relationships throughout the scene. Either "dark over light" or "like over dark". For example, if the foreground character is dark and the buildings behind them are also dark, adding a subtle rim light can create the contrast you need while also reinforcing the character's sense of volume.
