Hi Hi! Cool idea! Digital mediums allow a lot more manipulation and easier retakes in case you wanna change your idea completely. I will give feedback mostly on render but overall you can start by taking smaller steps. Build Choper with geometric forms (squares, spheres, and cylinders) and then practice shading them. Painting lacks solid structure and the key is to have strong construction before we start our painting set up! Keep that in mind for the next drawing (lot of tutorials you can find in Artwood). Setting up a light source—in this case, light from above—is necessary for a nice render. Align the character elements with the main shadow, arrange the shadows on multiple levels, and use a neutral color for the shadows (typically warm for cool light and cold for warm light). You can experiment with textures on the drawing's light side during the finishing touches. In order to avoid making artwork noisy for spectators, be careful where you place them and try not to overdo it. I used the Multiply layer for shadows and the Overlay layer for light. On flat hues that should not be overly bright or dull, both must be balanced (not too dark or too saturated). Hope it helps! Happy learning!
